1．The built-in continuous rotating infeed system effectively reduces the space occupied. The consistency of preform position

streamlines the process.

2. 63mm pitched, more preforms are uninterruptedly heated within the same distance, which improves the efficiency and

energy saving.

3. The thermostatic heating system ensure that the heating temperature of each preform surface and internal is uniform.Hinged

oven holders make it easy for the operators to change infrared tubes and do maintenance.

4. The perform transfer system with grippers and the variable pitch system are both driven by the servo motors to ensure high

speed and accurate preform handling between the two mechanism.

5. The Servo driven the molding mechanism, triggering off the linkage to the bottom mold. The application of high speed

precision blowing valve unit helps to make high capacity.

6. The cooling system for the preform neck is equipped to ensure the preform neck does not deform during heating and

blowing.

7. High pressure blowing air recovery system saves up to 30% of HPC air.

8. Being highly intelligent, the machine is equipped with the units of preform temperature detection, leaking bottle detection and

rejection as well as jammed air conveyor detection, ect, which ensures the machine work efficiently and stably.

9. Operation on the touch screen is simple and easy.

Warranty

We warrant the equipments to be free of defects in design, material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a

period of up to 12 months, effective from the day when the equipments are well installed and subjected to commissioning.

The BUYER need to provide the following supports for installation

A. Power, water and air supply needed for the equipments as per the SELLER’s specifications.

B.PET preforms needed for the equipment commissioning.

C. Connection of circuits,water conduits and air pipes up to the equipments shall be done by the qualified local technicians

designated by the BUYER.

D. During the installation and starting-up operations, the BUYER will have to designate necessary skilled technicians as backup

for the SELLER’s engineers. In the case that there is language barrier between the BUYER’s men and the SELLER’s guys

and it tends to delay the progress of the project, the BUYER shall hire an interpreter in advance at their own cost.

E. The SELLER’s engineers’ round trip air tickets, visa fee, lodging hotel with rate no less than 3 star per local standard & food

expenses and local transportation cost in BUYER’s country shall be paid by the BUYER.
